Our New Executive Chef:~
Chef David 'Dig' Wandrie
first stepped into the kitchen in September 2007. Since then, he
hasn't left! His creativity in the kitchen and his calm demeanor
make him a big hit with both clients and staff. Already he has
received many rave reviews over his food. It is great to have him on

Quillisascut Farm:~
Craig Hetherington, our
previous Executive Chef, got to experience 'The
Sustainable Kitchen' last summer at the Quillisascut School of
Domestic Arts in Rice, Eastern Washington. Visiting this farm
helped cement his understanding of how food gets to the chopping board.
Besides learning how to milk goats, make cheese and eat fabulous food,
Craig along with other attendees, got to make those first hand
connections with farmers, ranchers, and fishermen.

Catering Dollars preserve Stimson-Green:~
When Priscilla "Patsy"
Collins purchased her grandparents' historic home in Seattle's
First Hill neighborhood, she aimed to establish a business that would
help preserve the mansion and pay for ongoing restoration. Hence
the Stimson-Green Mansion Catering Company was born. To be
