Savory pork filled won ton wrappers, steamed in bamboo,

tossed with a citrus soy glaze and garnished with fresh chives

and crushed Sichuan peppers

 

Melon, Artichoke and Chorizo Forks

Bite-size slices of fresh melon, marinated artichoke bottoms,

and smoke cured Chorizo sausage

Pork marinated in a robust mixture of Mexican spices and tequila,

Chicken breasts brined in juniper berry, bay leaf and thyme, grilled and served with fresh figs and Rogue Creamery blue cheese crumbles, then drizzled with a savory pan reduction

A delightful combination of fresh asparagus, shelled peas,

A selection of market fresh vegetables marinated in balsamic vinegar,

extra-virgin olive oil, and fresh herbs, grilled to perfection
