Whether you’re planning your company’s holiday party, a special meeting of the board, or a reception for friends and customers, Stimson-Green Mansion offers corporate clients the luxury, privacy, and warmth of entertaining at home, with the assistance of a complete professional staff.

The rich architectural details of the hundred-year-old Mansion provide a feast for the eyes equal to the delights on the table. From formal sit-down dinners for 40 to elegant cocktail parties for 200, we custom-design your menus to reflect your firm’s taste and style. Our event planners, chefs, and wait staff are at your service, making your event easy and memorable.

Team-Building Activities:

Cocktail Class – A hands-on approach to learning how to make drinks. Guests can observe, participate, and even sample cocktails.
Wine Tasting – Educate the palate of your guests by tasting wine by grape varietals, region, or a combination of both.
Bourbon/Single Malt Scotch Tasting – Guests learn about the history and production of these fiery spirits and have an opportunity to taste them.
Mixer – A reception whose goal is bringing guests together. Move and mingle among our four reception rooms, enjoying the culinary delights while strengthening existing friendships and forming new ones.
Scavenger Hunt -- A fun activity in which guests explore the house and find answers to questions based on the history of the Mansion. This activity can also be custom-designed to include your own corporate-related questions.
Murder Mysteries - Let us take you to a dark and stormy night at the mysterious and hilarious Mystery Manor. An irregular oddball known as Dr. Franklin Stein welcomes you and a cast of creepy characters for the reading of an unusual last will and testament. You and your guests will enjoy frighteningly fine cocktails and a lavish feast as professional actors, complete with costumes, music and sound effects, provide the thrills and chills. This will be an eerie evening to remember - assuming you survive the night. This murder mystery production has been specifically written for Stimson-Green Mansion and will prove to be popular and memorable for all attendees.

Beverage Service Fee

$4.25 per person
Includes coffee, tea, punch, soda, sparkling

Host provides alcoholic beverages with a banquet permit.
Catering, beverage fees and gratuity are subject to state sales tax

Bartender Fee

$100 for the bartender and stemware.

All bars, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic,

must be staffed by a bartender.

Additional corkage fee is charged when

serving a hard bar

Parking Fee

Includes covered parking for 50 vehicles.

Damage Deposit

$300
Damage deposit (minus charges for damages, sodas, or other incidentals)
is refundable following the event.

Terms & Cancellation Policy

Nonrefundable facility use fee ($500-$1,350) holds the event date.
60 days prior to the event, catering minimum is due.
10 days prior to the event, anticipated balance is due.

At this time, we are unable to accept credit cards as a form of payment.
Rates are subject to change.
