Directions
The Mansion is located atop Seattle's First Hill, on Minor Avenue
between Seneca and University Streets.
Parking
Limited parking for tours and appointments is located on the north side of the Mansion.
This parking lot is sandwiched between the First Hill Park and the
Mansion itself.
Event parking for 50 cars is located behind the Mansion in the
Cascade Court Parking Garage, the entrance of which is in the alley just
off University Street. The garage is clearly marked on event days.
Guests will not be charged a fee when they arrive as event parking is
pre-paid by the host.
The parking garage is not available for tours, appointments,
rehearsals or early guest arrival unless prearranged through the Mansion
event coordinators.
Driving Directions - Northbound on I-5
- Take exit #164, Madison St.
- Take a right on Madison to Minor Ave.
- Take a left on Minor to University
- Take a right on University
Go 1/2 block to the garage, which is located mid-block between Minor
Avenue and Summit Street (the entrance is in the alley, on the right).
Stimson-Green Mansion guests must use the Level B section of the
parking garage. Cars on Level A will be towed.
Driving Directions - Southbound on I-5
- Take exit #166, Stewart Street/Denny Way
- Take a left on Boren Avenue, DO NOT turn left onto Minor Avenue.
- Take a left on University Street.
Go 1 & 1/2 block to the garage, which is located mid-block between Minor
Avenue and Summit Street (the entrance is in the alley, on the right).
Stimson-Green Mansion guests must use the Level B section of the
parking garage. Cars on Level A will be towed.
