Stimson Green Mansion's in-house catering is headed by Chef
David 'Dig' Wandrie. He favors small food producers and artisans who
share his philosophy of free-range, all natural meats, wild fish and
locally grown and organic produce when available.
These foods are then fashioned into exquisite preparations, which are
not only exceptional in flavor, but also in presentation.
Our extensive menu changes seasonally. Click on a sample menu
above for more information. These menus represent only a sampling
of what is available, items can be added or changed. The event
coordinators at Stimson-Green are happy to tailor make a menu to fit
your tastes and budget.
For a more intimate gathering of 50 guests or less, consider a sit
down dinner served in the Library. Sit down dinner menus start at
$48.
