Stimson-Green Mansion is an
ideal backdrop for on-location photo shoots. As the various rooms in
the house offer different architectural styles, many on-set stylists
enjoy their spacious versatility.
Stimson-Green’s First Hill
address escapes the hustle and bustle of downtown Seattle and provides
parking, easy load in - unload capabilities, and is convenient to many
coffee shops and eateries. We are also happy to coordinate boxed
lunches for your group.
The Mansion can be rented by
the hour or day for photo shoots. Bedrooms convert easily to dressing
rooms and photographers and film crews have the run of the house.
Our century old Mansion can present challenges in terms of
power capacity. Photography / film crews will have to sign a location agreement
prior to the date and provide a certificate of insurance.
Please contact us to
check availability. The Mansion can be rented by the hour for $100 per
hour. A discount is offered for multiple hours of usage.
Film students wishing to use the Mansion should inquire about our
special student rate.
